That I only had to stay there 13 hours.
One staff person was very rude, two morning staff members were very accommodating.

Terrible and
unprofessional staff. The worst property I've ever stayed at and that includes every economy facility I've stayed at in 3rd world countries. The hotel staff was GREAT. They politely responded to my every need.
I needed to ask for extra soap.

The hotel is ideal for a budget, extended stay, during which time the room is a place possibly to work a bit after meetings, make a bite to eat, sleep, and get off early for the next day. This was a very basic, clean and a comfortable place. It was also quiet. It suited our needs perfectly.
